most customers when looking at their driveway think the worst. When in fact a simple overlay will be sufficient majority of the time. if need be damaged asphalt can be removed as needed.
in worst case scenarios there is times where driveways do need ripped out. If possible we do like to give multiple options. Usually a driveway will need to be ripped out and replaced if we know there is a sub base problem or the extent of the surface is to far gone to overlay.

typically for sealcoating it's 24-48 hours. For a new paved driveway it usually takes about 4-5 days before you can park on it weather depending.
rain has no affect on new asphalt driveways. we actually use water on the driveways as we are paving them.
with a new driveway we say for the first 3 year to apply an oil based sealer. after that every 2 years will be fine.
some customers may not know this but there are 2 types of sealer. first is an oil based sealer we can only spray apply to driveways. second is a water based sealer. we can spray and brush apply this type of sealer. we recommend oil based sealer because it penetrates the asphalt restoring it's original oils. but depending on the current state of the asphalt we may recommend the water based sealer.
yes but all depending on there size. typically we fill our linear cracks with hot tar rubberized crack filler. if there is an alligatored area (an area where there is a bunch of cracks together) we can do a slurry sealer or we can sawcut and remove and patch back with hot mix asphalt.
the short answer is no. the only true way to get rid of cracks is to repave your driveway. even if we crack fill and seal you will still notice them. cracks will open back up and spread but with proper maintenance it will slow down the process. if the crack is not wide enough or deep enough for the rubberized crack filler the sealer it self will take care of it.
if it is on a new driveway we try our best to blend it in. but typically we always tell our customers if we're patching or widening your driveway you will notice it even if we sealcoat your driveway. the only way to make it all one piece is to repave it.
as long as the asphalt plants are running we can pave your driveway. with sealcoating we can apply oil based sealer all year round but from the middle of autumn to the beginning of spring we cannot do water based sealer.

Cody and his crew did amazing work for us. We had a large gravel driveway and were constantly fighting weeds and adding new gravel. We started looking around and got several estimates. TJ from Quality Paving was very responsive in terms of communication. They did a small job for us - had an extension added to our driveway and also had the entire driveway sealed. It looks great and a minimal seam now adjoins the old asphalt to the new. Prices were also competitive with other quotes in the area. I’ll go with them again in the future.
